New, unworn items can be returned to MyNameNecklace within 100 days of delivery. Please note that because all our personalised items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 30% restocking fee.
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 30% of the total amount of the item. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care Representatives. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
